Knitting
In-house circular knitting in jersey, rib, pique, interlock, fleece back and polar.

Dyeing
Lab-dip approved colours at a partner dye house inside the same industrial zone.

Cut & sew
Automatic spreading, CNC cutting and three sewing lines with 62 machines.

Print & embroidery
Screen print, DTF and 12-needle embroidery under one roof.

Finishing & packing
Final inspection with needle detection, polybag, hang tag and size-sorted cartons.
